Models like the Cristal Bubble offer 360 views, but also reveal the interior of the tent thanks to the transparent material. But for those who would prefer not to be visible to any passersby, there is a version that is open only to the sky, allowing the tent’s occupants privacy while still providing a view.
On the outside, Bubble Trees are inflated keeping thier shape with an airlock and pump. Dumas says that noise from outside is kept to a minimum.
Few materials are used in the bubble tents; they are designed for maximum interaction with nature. No word on whether or not the structures’ lack of privacy has received complaints from neighboring campers.
